This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist in the execution of email marketing campaigns, which includes constructing sends, segmenting lists, quality assurance/testing, and scheduling.
• Help with the setup and monitoring of paid advertising campaigns on LinkedIn and Google Ads, focusing on tracking, budget management, and basic optimization.
• Manage campaign assets, lists, and workflows within HubSpot.
• Aid in on-page SEO initiatives, such as metadata management, keyword tagging, and optimizing landing pages.
• Support updates related to campaigns on the website, including landing pages, forms, and content.
• Monitor SEO and website performance metrics, identifying potential opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with the SEO/paid advertising agency and web maintenance partner.
• Compile and organize performance data for email, paid, and event campaigns for regular reporting.
• Monitor demand generation metrics and bring attention to trends or issues.
• Ensure data accuracy across HubSpot and reporting dashboards.
• Plan and manage in-person events, trade shows, conferences, networking events, and webinars.
• Coordinate logistics for event venues, vendors, shipping, materials, registration, and on-site assistance.
• Facilitate event promotion and follow-up communications.
• Work together with the Content Manager to create event materials and promotional content.
• Assess event ROI and collect participant feedback.
• Collaborate with demand generation, content marketing, external agencies, and vendors.
• Track tasks in monday.com and proactively identify blockers.
• 1–2 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or a related internship.
• A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with HubSpot, WordPress, Canva, Google Ads, or similar platforms is beneficial.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Comfort with data analysis and basic reporting using Excel/Sheets.
• Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills.
• A willingness to learn and a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to take direction while progressing towards greater autonomy.
• Willingness to travel for approximately 1–3 in-person events or trade shows each year.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as Claude is a plus.
