This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop, oversee, and continually enhance the HubSpot nurture programs that guide inbound leads from initial contact through MQL and into sales-ready discussions.
• Take ownership of the MQL conversion process: track lead scoring effectiveness, alert RevOps to any scoring discrepancies, and pinpoint where leads are hesitating in the funnel and the reasons behind it.
• Manage the daily relationship with the paid media agency, which includes campaign briefs, creative approvals, performance evaluations, and budget management.
• Collaborate closely with the SDR team to create and sequence outbound messaging cadences.
• Coordinate account-based strategies with Account Executives (AEs).
• Develop and sustain a campaign calendar that both SDRs and AEs can view and utilize for planning.
• Maintain the HubSpot campaign framework: lists, workflows, campaign records, email templates, and reporting dashboards — ensuring they are organized, documented, and easily comprehensible for all team members.
• Generate a weekly report on campaign performance that includes inbound volume, MQL conversion rates, nurture engagement metrics, and the effectiveness of paid media.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in demand generation, campaign management, or marketing operations within a B2B SaaS context.
• Proficient in HubSpot: you have designed nurture workflows, managed lists and segmentation, created campaign records and reporting dashboards, and can troubleshoot issues as they arise.
• Direct experience collaborating with a sales development or SDR team: you comprehend how outbound cadences function, what SDRs require from marketing, and how to foster a productive relationship between marketing and sales.
• Familiarity with account-based marketing or ABM coordination, even if not the primary lead — you grasp the importance of aligning marketing interactions with AE outreach on targeted account lists.
• Experience working with external agencies or vendors, including briefing, providing feedback, and tracking performance.
• Familiarity with Salesforce at both the campaign and opportunity levels: you can generate reports, understand attribution fields, and collaborate with RevOps on data cleanliness.
• A strong analytical mindset: you don’t just produce reports; you have insights into what the data indicates and what changes should be implemented.
• Flexible work arrangements
• Professional development
