This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead the execution of demand generation initiatives for field plays and event activations, which includes outreach sequencing, list management, timely follow-up within 48 hours, and post-campaign analysis.
• Oversee the complete lifecycle of third-party sponsorships, encompassing vendor assessment, contract management, budget oversight, campaign integration, and reporting.
• Manage the gifting program from start to finish, including campaign triggers, execution, inventory oversight, ROI measurement, and reporting.
• Act as the primary point of contact for demand generation related to sponsorship and gifting initiatives across Sales, XDR, and Field Marketing.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance AI-assisted workflows for sponsorship research, gifting briefs and copy creation, post-event reporting, and stakeholder communication.
• Implement AI agents in production workflows with human review processes integrated.
• Transition from executing established programs to proposing and shaping strategies for sponsorship and field activation.
• Travel up to 15–20% for company and team offsite events.
• Report directly to the Director of Demand Generation.
• 2–4 years of experience in demand generation, revenue marketing, growth marketing, or a related role at a B2B SaaS organization.
• Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional programs involving Sales, SDR/XDR, and marketing, with examples of effective stakeholder communication and maintaining project timelines.
• Experience utilizing AI tools within production workflows, including the ability to create or refine AI-assisted sequences, briefs, or reports.
• Proficiency with marketing automation and CRM platforms such as Marketo, HubSpot, or Salesforce for campaign setup, tracking, and reporting purposes.
• Strong operational discipline, meticulous documentation, and dependable execution.
• Capacity to identify trends and formulate insights regarding future sponsorship and field activation prospects.
• Excellent proactive communication skills with Sales, XDR, and Field Marketing teams.
• Ability to establish success metrics and reporting frameworks for sponsorships, gifting campaigns, and events.
• Sound judgment regarding the application of AI versus the need for human review.
• Skills in vendor and program management, including sponsorship evaluation, scope negotiation, and vendor accountability.
• A forward-thinking attitude towards AI and emerging technologies.
• Valid right-to-work authorization relevant to the country of employment.
• Successful completion of a background check may be a requirement.
