Demand and Supply Management Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Create and oversee 24-month demand plans for essential product portfolios.

• Work together with cross-functional teams to improve forecast precision, optimize inventory levels, and guarantee customer satisfaction.

• Administer Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes.

• Lead demand review meetings.

• Execute continuous improvement initiatives.

• Examine market trends, historical data, and business intelligence to produce precise forecasts.

• Maintain collaborative relationships with Product Management, Commercial, Finance, and Manufacturing teams.

• Optimize inventory levels while minimizing excess and obsolescence risks.

• Ensure effective production planning.

• Convert market insights into actionable supply chain strategies.

• Utilize advanced analytics and forecasting tools.

⛳️ Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

• A BS degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is highly preferred.

• APICS certification is preferred.

• CSCMP or a similar supply chain certification is a plus.

• A minimum of 2 years of direct clinical trial supply management experience, including hands-on experience with IRT systems and broader exposure to clinical trial operations, is required.

• Familiarity with business intelligence tools like Power BI.

• Experience in S&OP processes and inventory management.

• Knowledge of Lean business practices and continuous improvement methodologies.

• Experience in the life sciences, medical device, or pharmaceutical industry is preferred.

• Proficiency in demand planning systems such as SAP, Forecast Pro, Kinaxis, or similar platforms.

• Strong analytical skills with expertise in statistical modeling and forecasting techniques.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

• Ability to work collaboratively across functions with effective team collaboration and project management skills.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present to senior leadership.

• Capability to function in a matrix organization.

• Strong problem-solving skills with a data-driven decision-making approach.
