Delivery Solutions Architect – High-Tech, Manufacturing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with sales and field engineering teams to enhance the adoption of the Databricks platform

• Work alongside Solutions Architects to comprehend use case demand plans

• Lead the post-technical win account strategy for key accounts

• Act as the accountable technical leader for designated use cases and clients

• Address technical challenges related to the go-live status of use cases

• Utilize resources and escalate to experts when necessary

• Develop and implement plans to expedite the transition of use cases into production

• Coordinate with product and engineering teams for innovations and upgrades

• Formulate plans that encompass all customer-facing technical roles

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in technical project/program delivery in the Data and AI sector

• Proficient programming skills in Python, SQL, or Scala

• Background in customer-facing pre-sales, technical architecture, customer success, or consulting roles

• Knowledge of solution architecture related to distributed data systems

• Understanding of how business value is attributed to project deliverables

• Skills in technical program or project management

• Experience in resolving escalations with senior customer executives

• Ability to conduct discovery workshops and deliver complex programs/projects

• Proven track record of exceeding quotas or goals

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field

• Willingness to travel up to 30% as required
