Delivery Manager – Core Technology Platform

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Belgium.

📋 Description

• Oversee the entire delivery lifecycle for Infrastructure and Data teams, utilizing DORA metrics to offer data-driven insights into efficiency and quality.

• Coordinate centralized platform roadmaps with the needs of client-facing divisions, effectively managing conflicting priorities and dependencies.

• Uphold high service levels (SLAs/SLOs) for essential products.

• Direct incident response efforts and conduct post-mortems to ensure swift resolution and ongoing reliability enhancements.

• Confirm that all deployment practices adhere to regulatory standards with thorough documentation and audit readiness.

• Supervise QA engineers and take ownership of the QA automation roadmap for foundational services, fostering advancements in automated regression and integrated testing.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated success in an engineering-driven organization implementing contemporary Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean).

• Relevant experience in managing the delivery of essential technology services (Infrastructure, Data, or Platform Engineering).

• A degree in Computer Science or a comparable technical discipline.

• Comprehensive knowledge of incident management and maintaining service levels for internal stakeholders.

• Outstanding capability to build consensus among teams with varying objectives and "internal product" priorities.

• Experience in leading QA professionals and steering strategic automation roadmaps within a foundational technology environment.

• Excellent critical thinking skills and the ability to influence others without direct authority.
