This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.
• Identify potential sales opportunities for the sales team and assist them in gathering requirements to create a solution that offers a compelling value proposition.
• Conduct initial scoping and evaluate incoming requests for completeness for production, adhering to established technical task standards.
• Assess incoming requests thoroughly.
• Determine key technical objectives and provide solution recommendations while executing business process and management consulting analysis for the customer.
• Oversee the client project portfolio, including budgeting, resource planning, risk management, and project execution.
• Coordinate resources, onboard project teams, and ensure the successful completion of project milestones, while managing project scope and mitigating risks, supporting all changes in alignment with customer processes.
• Manage customer expectations and actively monitor to enhance client satisfaction.
• Handle changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs as needed.
• Perform risk management activities.
• Manage priorities effectively.
• Collaborate closely with the Account Manager to provide technical and quality expertise to the customer.
• Foster growth and development of customer channels.
• Collect customer feedback regarding delivery service.
• Enhance the quality of delivery services.
• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in roles such as Delivery Manager, Portfolio/Program Manager, Product Owner, or Project Management.
• Excellent communication skills.
• A solid sales skill set and mindset.
• Quick thinking and the ability to manage a high volume of fast-paced projects.
• A strong desire to learn new technologies, delve into details, and troubleshoot issues.
• Proven experience in managing and coordinating projects from proposal to closure, with a solid understanding of business policies and procedures.
• A technical background is preferred.
• Familiarity with account/project management tools such as Jira, MS Office, and CRM systems.
• Flexibility and willingness to travel for business, both domestically and internationally, based on project and business requirements.
