This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
• Design and implement efficient processes to ensure high-quality programme delivery.
• Oversee and guide programme coordinators, facilitators, mentors, and other members of the delivery team.
• Serve as the escalation point for intricate programme and learner-related issues.
• Partner with learner support teams to guarantee outstanding outcomes for participants.
• Coordinate with facilitators and mentors to ensure effective programme execution.
• Assist in the recruitment, onboarding, engagement, and retention of facilitators.
• Track programme performance and analyze operational data to pinpoint areas for improvement.
• Establish and sustain robust relationships with key stakeholders and programme partners.
• Collaborate across teams to achieve delivery goals and mutual outcomes.
• Identify, prioritize, and manage operational risks throughout the programme's lifecycle.
• Contribute to the creation of scalable systems, processes, and operational resources.
• Advocate for programme needs and stakeholder feedback during planning and operational discussions.
• Proven experience in managing programme delivery within higher education, professional learning, training, or similar environments.
• Experience in leading and developing multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong abilities in operational management and process enhancement.
• Demonstrated capability to resolve complex challenges and effectively handle escalations.
• Experience collaborating with mentors, facilitators, coaches, or learner support professionals.
• Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building proficiency.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to proactively identify and manage operational risks.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills across diverse stakeholder groups.
