Delivery Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Russia.

📋 Description

• Ensure successful sprint delivery by aligning sprint objectives, monitoring progress, and addressing any blockers.

• Facilitate coordination across teams by managing dependencies and fostering collaboration.

• Monitor performance by tracking essential delivery metrics such as velocity and burndown rates.

• Manage risks and issues by identifying, escalating, and resolving any risks that may impact delivery timelines.

• Communicate effectively with stakeholders by providing clear updates and ensuring alignment with business objectives.

• Promote continuous improvement by facilitating retrospectives and implementing enhancements to delivery processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in Russian and English at a B2 level or higher.

• Experience within the FinTech sector.

• At least 2.5 years of relevant experience in delivery, project, or product management roles.

• Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks and contemporary software development lifecycles.

• Exceptional communication and coordination abilities across diverse teams and time zones.

• Comfortable using tools such as Jira (including Structure and Plan), Confluence, and Miro/Figma.
