This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Act as the main point of contact for enterprise clients, managing the client relationship and ensuring satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop robust relationships with senior stakeholders and C-suite executives to ensure project deliverables align with business objectives.
• Serve as the trusted advisor for clients, offering insights and recommendations that foster business growth and innovation.
• Oversee the complete project delivery for Shopify-based eCommerce platforms, encompassing migrations and customized implementations.
• Create and oversee detailed project plans, which include timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and milestones.
• Ensure that project objectives resonate with client business drivers and are achieved on schedule and within budget.
• Monitor and manage dependencies, risks, and issues, providing consistent updates to stakeholders.
• Define and prioritize product roadmaps, requirements, and user stories in partnership with clients and internal teams.
• Collaborate closely with developers, designers, and QA engineers to guarantee the successful execution of features and functionalities.
• Address and manage defects, ensuring high-quality deliverables and obtaining QA sign-off.
• Foster communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams, third-party vendors, and clients.
• Provide regular governance updates, which include status reports, budget tracking, and resource utilization.
• Oversee third-party solutions to ensure successful integration and alignment with project objectives.
• Demonstrated experience as a Delivery Manager, Product Owner, Digital Project Manager, or a similar role, with an emphasis on eCommerce and retail.
• In-depth knowledge of Shopify Plus and its ecosystem, including platform migrations, custom development, and integrations.
• Experience managing multi-million-dollar budgets and intricate project portfolios.
• Proven ability to foster strong relationships with senior stakeholders and C-suite executives.
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies, including experience with Scrum or Kanban frameworks.
• A strong track record of delivering large-scale eCommerce solutions punctually and within budget.
• Expertise in developing and managing project plans, tracking dependencies, and mitigating risks.
• Strong leadership qualities with the capacity to motivate and align cross-functional teams.
• Proven ability to resolve conflicts, overcome challenges, and maintain a positive demeanor in high-pressure situations.
• Experience managing platform migrations from systems such as Magento, Salesforce, or BigCommerce to Shopify Plus.
• Familiarity with ERP, OMS, and CMS integrations (e.g., NetSuite, Sanity, or Manhattan).
• Shopify certifications are a plus.
