This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Oversee daily delivery operations for the project, ensuring that commitments are fulfilled punctually and with exceptional quality.
• Act as the main contact for delivery-related issues with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
• Track project progress, timelines, deliverables, risks, dependencies, and the overall health of the project.
• Manage the execution and governance of project SLAs and contractual obligations, ensuring delivery teams consistently meet agreed service levels and client expectations.
• Promote alignment between client expectations, business goals, and team execution strategies.
• Organize regular status meetings, delivery reviews, and planning sessions with stakeholders and project teams.
• Identify, evaluate, and proactively mitigate project risks, issues, and obstacles.
• Collaborate with Engineering Managers, Product Owners, Business Analysts, and technical teams to ensure successful delivery outcomes.
• Monitor team capacity and workload to facilitate effective planning and execution.
• Track and communicate delivery metrics, project status, risks, and achievements to stakeholders.
• Handle escalations and coordinate resolution efforts when critical issues arise.
• Ensure compliance with project processes, quality standards, and best practices in delivery.
• Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the project team.
• Coordinate activities across distributed teams and support effective collaboration in global settings.
• Experience working with globally distributed teams.
• Familiarity with project management and delivery management tools.
• Over 10 years of professional experience in delivery management, project management, program management, or related leadership roles.
• Demonstrated experience in leading the delivery of complex software development or technology projects.
• Strong comprehension of software development lifecycles and delivery methodologies.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery models.
• Proven ability to effectively manage client relationships and stakeholder expectations.
• Strong leadership capabilities with experience in coordinating cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
• Strong organizational, planning, and prioritization skills.
• Experience in managing project risks, dependencies, resource planning, and delivery execution.
• Ability to analyze delivery metrics and make data-driven decisions.
• Experience working with distributed teams and coordinating activities across various regions.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills in fast-paced environments.
