Delivery Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Ensure the pod remains focused, proactive, and accountable.

• Take ownership of the delivery operating model, including sprint cadence, dependency management, risk identification, and communication with stakeholders.

• Collaborate with both the R&P team and client-side counterparts, sustaining momentum even in uncertain situations.

• Identify and address blockers before they escalate into issues, guaranteeing that the pod meets its priorities consistently each week.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in software development or technical delivery.

• Demonstrated success in executing complex projects within agile frameworks, adhering to tight timelines and high-quality standards.

• Comfortable collaborating with engineering teams to develop agentic systems.

• Strong proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and Lucid.

• Ability to utilize delivery metrics and performance data to drive strategic decisions and enhance results.

• Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities; adept at handling relationships and escalations at the executive level.

• PMP, Scrum Master, or other relevant technical or project management certifications are highly preferred.

• Comprehensive understanding of AI tools like Claude and their application in daily operations to boost efficiency.

• Experience in education or higher education settings, as well as leading complex discovery and operational documentation projects, is a significant advantage.
