Delivery Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia.

📋 Description

• Coordinate daily and weekly team activities: conduct sync meetings, planning sessions, retrospectives, asynchronous project management updates, and portfolio review reports.

• Manage inter-project and inter-stream dependencies and timelines, and communicate any conflicts to leadership for resolution.

• Take ownership of the entire process from task intake to completion: triage tasks, set and monitor progress, and keep all stakeholders informed.

• Ensure effective and transparent communication with stakeholders: prepare monthly release reports and handle ad-hoc updates.

• Supervise process enhancements and light automation efforts (e.g., YouTrack, SQL).

⛳️ Requirements

• In-depth understanding of project management methodologies and frameworks: Gantt charts, dependency mapping, task tracking tools, process design, SCRUM (or equivalent).

• Technical proficiency: knowledge of how systems integrate and communicate (e.g., Camunda & CRM, Camunda & AI).

• Excellent written communication skills in English (knowledge of Russian is a plus).

• Familiarity with large language models (LLMs); experience with AI-driven workflows is advantageous.

• Preferred: Basic coding skills, particularly for automating workflows in YouTrack or creating simple SQL queries.

• English proficiency at upper-intermediate level (B2/B2+).
