Delivery Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete delivery of various Professional Services projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet high-quality standards.

• Allocate the appropriate team members to projects, balancing their skills and workload effectively.

• Develop and implement methodologies, processes, and reporting frameworks for Professional Services projects.

• Serve as a strategic partner and primary contact for customers, ensuring effective communication, alignment, and surpassing customer expectations.

• Proactively identify, anticipate, and resolve any delivery risks or obstacles involving both customers and BotCity's stakeholders to ensure adherence to project plans.

• Track project KPIs, delivery schedules, budgets, and team productivity, providing regular updates to the Head of Professional Services.

• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to facilitate smooth project scoping, transition, and execution.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Engineering, or Computer Science.

• Significant experience (5+ years) in technology consulting, professional services, or enterprise solution delivery.

• Demonstrated success in managing technical consulting projects from inception to completion on time, with quality, and within budget, ideally for enterprise clients.

• Experience in delivering projects related to automation, RPA, or intelligent automation.

• Ability to build, motivate, and lead teams in challenging and uncertain environments.

• Familiarity with Project Management and Agile methodologies.

• Proficient in MS Office/Excel, Google Suite, and Notion.

• Willingness to travel as necessary for events, conferences, and team meetings.

• Fluent in English and Portuguese.

• MBA or advanced degree in Business, Technology, or a related field (preferred).

• Basic coding experience or knowledge of Python (preferred).

• Experience in leading international teams or managing projects across multiple regions (preferred).

• Previous experience in a fast-paced startup environment that is early-stage and high-growth (preferred).

• Certification or in-depth knowledge of BotCity automation tools (preferred).

• Advanced proficiency in Spanish (preferred).
