Delivery Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Serve as a facilitator for agile teams, fostering Scrum practices and driving continuous improvement;

• Ensure the quality and reliability of deliverables within a sustainment environment;

• Track delivery, capacity, incidents, and SLA metrics;

• Eliminate obstacles and enhance communication among technical teams, the business, and stakeholders;

• Manage operational requests by prioritizing activities based on business impact;

• Assist in the resolution of critical incidents by coordinating teams and monitoring actions until the environment is stabilized;

• Advocate for the advancement of delivery processes, promoting agile best practices and collaboration across teams;

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience as a Delivery Manager, Scrum Master, or in similar positions;

• Familiarity with sustainment/AMS (Run the Business) environments and managing critical systems;

• Understanding of agile methodologies, particularly Scrum and Kanban;

• Experience in managing incidents, risks, impediments, and tracking delivery metrics;

• Excellent communication and organizational skills, capable of handling multiple concurrent demands;

• Proactive and resilient profile with a strong sense of accountability;
