This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Prepare and submit quotes and proposals to insurance providers.
• Offer assistance and manage cooperative members in collaboration with Cooperative Units and their respective managers.
• Oversee proposals, tracking issuances, pending items, and declines.
• Generate payment slips (boletos) and insurance certificates.
• Manage various requests related to insurance operations.
• Address inquiries from managers and cooperative members, ensuring adherence to service standards, efficiency, safety, quality, and productivity.
• Assist in meeting the goals set by the Unit.
• Proficient knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level.
• Background in customer service.
• Experience in the insurance industry is considered an advantage.
