This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Manage general administrative duties including filing, data entry, and email organization.
• Organize meetings, coordinate appointments, and oversee calendar management.
• Create reports, presentations, and internal documentation.
• Assist with onboarding processes and ensure the accuracy of HR records.
• Help maintain and update job listings on platforms like Indeed, while tracking performance and managing basic budgeting for postings.
• Review applications and candidate documentation to verify completeness and precision.
• Arrange interview schedules and communicate with candidates via email.
• Keep digital and physical employee records organized, ensuring confidentiality is upheld.
• Oversee and manage office supplies, supporting daily office functions.
• Provide additional administrative and HR assistance as required.
• Demonstrated experience in an administrative or comparable position.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and capacity to manage confidential information.
• Experience in supporting HR or recruitment processes is advantageous.
