This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee daily operations, internal initiatives, deadlines, and team deliverables.
• Manage project boards, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and operational systems to enhance efficiency.
• Foster team accountability through regular meetings, follow-ups, and task tracking.
• Aid in client onboarding and offboarding processes, scheduling, calendar management, inbox management, and Slack coordination.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), team performance, and operational metrics.
• Recognize opportunities for process enhancements and automation.
• Assist with social media management, including creating Canva designs (approximately 20 posts per month), writing captions, scheduling, and uploading blogs via WordPress.
• Provide support for LinkedIn, networking, outreach, and customer relationship management (CRM).
• Ensure accurate maintenance of CRM records, manage follow-ups, and facilitate lead nurturing.
• Perform additional administrative tasks as required.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience as an Operations Manager or in a similar role supporting clients based in the US.
• Project Management experience is preferred.
• Background in social media management, marketing support, and CRM tools is essential.
• Familiarity with Canva, WordPress, AI content tools, and scheduling platforms is necessary.
• Experience in the accounting/bookkeeping industry is a bonus.
• Previous experience with outreach and networking support is preferred.
