This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Provide leadership and strategic oversight for a significant business area supporting a Medical Information program for a leading pharmaceutical company.
• Manage the performance and outcomes of teams and functions that contribute to service delivery, revenue generation, and operational profitability.
• Direct professional staff, formulate strategies, and execute initiatives to achieve business objectives.
• Steer the delivery of customer contracts and relationships while acting as a strategic partner.
• Propel contractual performance metrics and uphold overall function/account governance.
• Supervise global Medical Information service delivery teams across various regions.
• Oversee team performance, evaluations, training, recruitment, and staff development.
• Manage program P&L performance and enhance operational efficiency.
• Identify business opportunities and challenges while defining strategic initiatives.
• Collaborate with sales and account teams during client negotiations and contract execution.
• Maintain account performance and meet client expectations.
• Promote continuous improvement and ensure KPIs are achieved or surpassed.
• Encourage team career advancement, engagement, and retention.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory standards in all markets.
• Work with WFM on staffing, cross-training, and resource allocation.
• A minimum of 3+ years of experience in medical affairs is preferred.
• Experience in managing healthcare, pharmaceutical, or contact center operations within a Medical Information environment is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with client CRM platforms.
• Strong judgment and the ability to manage risks effectively.
• Excellent communication skills with the capability to influence and collaborate with senior leadership and key stakeholders.
• A strong focus on client satisfaction.

• Ability to lead and motivate large teams.
• Willingness to travel internationally on occasion.
