Delivery Lead – Technical Delivery Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Advocate for Lean and Agile methodologies, guiding the team to establish the most efficient processes suited for the tasks at hand.

• Create and lead workshops and ceremonies that provide guidance and unite the team around a cohesive plan.

• Cultivate strong team dynamics by coaching both the team and individual members to collaborate effectively and resolve conflicts.

• Take ownership of the entire PMO function, which includes governance, team logistics, resource tracking, budget and burn reporting, RAID logs, and communication with senior stakeholders.

• Collect, analyze, and document product requirements, transforming client needs into clear briefs, user stories, and acceptance criteria that engineering and design teams can implement.

• Manage trade-offs and facilitate prioritization discussions, ensuring decisions are based on scope, effort, and feasibility within defined limits.

• Approach client relationships with empathy and clarity in commercial discussions, consistently setting expectations and proactively identifying risks and mitigation strategies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in delivery, project, or program management within digital or technology environments.

• Demonstrated experience in leading cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, and product.

• Strong expertise in Agile methodologies with a focus on practical delivery.

• Experience overseeing end-to-end delivery processes, from planning to execution and launch.

• Established stakeholder management abilities, including direct interaction with clients.

• Proficiency in English at a B2 level or higher.
