Delivery Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Uruguay.

📋 Description

• Delivery Ownership: Assume complete responsibility for project results (scope, timelines, quality, and risks) for prominent global clients.

• Execution Excellence: Eliminate non-technical obstacles, adjust staffing as necessary, and ensure that the agreed delivery processes are adhered to and enhanced.

• Technical Judgment: Assess trade-offs and question assumptions to guide decision-making, serving as a liaison between technical teams and business value.

• Stakeholder Management: Foster strong operational trust with enterprise clients, managing expectations openly concerning risks and shifting priorities.

• Team Leadership: Build and nurture high-performing teams, ensuring balanced workloads, engagement, and alignment.

• Delivery-Led Growth: Recognize opportunities for renewals and expansions based on delivered value and client trust.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in leading or participating in complex technology projects.

• Strong technical background: Prior experience in software engineering, AI, Data, or Product development.

• AI/ML domain knowledge: Familiarity with LLMs, Generative AI, RAG, AI Agents, or deploying ML models into production.

• Client-facing expertise: Experience collaborating with high-profile international clients (US experience preferred).

• Strategic mindset: Employ critical thinking regarding delivery—continuously evaluating the value generated and considering "what's next."

• Proficient English and outstanding communication skills.

• Resilience: Ability to thrive under pressure in fast-paced, iterative environments.
