Delivery Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Utilize delivery expertise to deliver strategic consulting and leadership in engagements.

• Take responsibility for the comprehensive success of intricate, high-value data and AI transformation initiatives.

• Drive the strategic alignment of technical delivery plans with the client’s objectives, focusing on measurable business outcomes.

• Oversee the implementation of large, intricate data and AI transformation programs, ensuring timely, budget-compliant, and high-quality delivery.

• Enhance ROI by directly linking technical outputs to quantifiable business results.

• Assume complete financial responsibility for the P&L of accounts.

• Manage communications and expectations with executives and C-suite stakeholders.

• Contribute to enhancing processes, operational efficiency, and excellence within the Delivery function.

⛳️ Requirements

• Several years of experience in a consulting firm, Big Four, Technical Consultancy, or software vendor focusing on complex enterprise transformations.

• Experience in managing large-scale data and/or AI transformation programs (million-dollar scope, multi-year duration, involving 10+ team members).

• Demonstrated expertise in the pre-sales and commercial processes, including SOW creation, deal structuring, and scope management through contracts.

• Exceptional experience in managing senior and executive stakeholders, with the ability to translate complex technical roadmaps into clear business language.

• Proven commercial acumen and experience in financial management, forecasting, and P&L tracking for professional services projects.

• Strong understanding of Agile and hybrid methodologies, especially in the context of enterprise data initiatives.

• Certification in Agile Project Management, Prince2, or Scrum.

• Familiarity with JIRA or similar ITS software.

• A natural, engaging, and highly effective communicator and negotiator.
