Delivery Director – Technology Consulting

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Oversee the technical and operational strategy for designated accounts, ensuring high quality and business value in all deliverables.

• Initiate farming strategies by recognizing new opportunities, developing innovative proposals, and encouraging sustainable growth within accounts.

• Manage and coordinate teams of 40–60 professionals, which include managers and multidisciplinary technical teams.

• Guarantee excellence in project delivery across Cloud, AI, Big Data, and Microsoft technologies like Azure and .NET.

• Engage in defining and presenting client proposals as the primary technical and business liaison.

• Foster collaboration, continuous learning, and ongoing improvement.

• Maintain client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and strategic alignment.

• Take ownership of proposals and client relationships while serving as a trusted technical and business partner to both national and international clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in technology environments.

• At least 5 years of experience leading large engineering or delivery teams.

• Established background in technology consulting (required).

• Proven experience in account farming and growth, beyond just project delivery.

• Strong technical knowledge in web technologies and Microsoft ecosystems.

• Familiarity with Cloud, AI, and Big Data.

• Experience in managing complex projects and international clients.

• Exceptional communication and leadership capabilities.

• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Spanish.
