Delivery Director, Microsoft Platforms

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead the execution of Microsoft platform and Microsoft Business Applications projects, ensuring high-quality delivery from initiation through to successful deployment and transition to support.

• Manage project and program delivery across various workstreams, overseeing scope, timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, and client expectations.

• Collaborate with clients, account teams, and internal delivery groups to define solution strategies, delivery plans, governance, and success indicators.

• Take responsibility for ensuring the overall quality of delivery execution for Microsoft Biz Apps projects within the segment by providing oversight and governance.

• Cultivate and enhance relationships with Microsoft segment teams and assist in managing joint sales initiatives.

• Stay informed about industry best practices and business drivers for offerings, keeping up with the evolution of Microsoft Biz Apps products in the sector.

• Build and strengthen partnerships with segment teams, coordinating on sales initiatives, resource availability, capabilities, and awareness across industries.

• Drive revenue for all Microsoft Biz Apps (Power Platform, SharePoint, and Co-Pilot) solutions within segment businesses, adhering to revenue management expectations.

• Monitor the health of engagements, address delivery challenges, and proactively identify opportunities to enhance outcomes, efficiency, and client satisfaction.

• Contribute to practice growth by aiding in the development of delivery standards, methodologies, reusable assets, and best practices for Microsoft platform engagements.

• Work with leadership to anticipate resource requirements, manage staffing, and support pursuit and proposal activities as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of TEN (10) years of professional experience in technology consulting and technology implementation within full life-cycle Microsoft Biz Apps engagements.

• A Bachelor's Degree is required.

• US Citizenship is contractually mandated.

• Proven track record in leading large-scale Microsoft platform or Microsoft Business Applications delivery projects.

• Strong comprehension of Microsoft solutions such as Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure, and associated enterprise technologies.

• Demonstrated capability to lead cross-functional teams and manage several concurrent initiatives in a client-facing context.

• Exceptional communication, executive presentation, stakeholder management, and relationship-building abilities.

• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making skills with an emphasis on delivery excellence.

• Experience in managing project financials, delivery metrics, schedules, risks, and issue resolution.

• Background in business operations and/or strategic planning.

• Proven ability to manage multiple clients effectively.

• In-depth technical knowledge of Microsoft Business Applications - Expertise across multiple Modules.

• Active Microsoft Power Platform certifications or the ability to obtain relevant certifications upon hiring.

• Proficient business development skills along with the ability to manage relationships with both clients and internal stakeholders.

• Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
