This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Oversee global enterprise customer deployment projects and programs from post-sale kickoff to successful implementation completion and handoff to Customer Success, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery.

• Take full ownership of program plans, Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Statements of Work (SOWs), acceptance criteria, risk registers, dependency maps, resource plans, and success metrics for each engagement, providing accurate updates to all internal and external stakeholders weekly.

• Manage relationships with third-party partners for custom implementation builds, including integrations with the Sayari Guide solution, ensuring that partner deliverables meet customer specifications and agreed-upon timelines.

• Collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Success, Research & Development, Enablement, Field Deployment Engineers (FDEs), and Solutions Engineers to align on customer goals, resolve implementation challenges, and ensure that delivery efforts contribute to retention and growth outcomes.

• Develop and maintain client-facing and internal documentation, including Statements of Work (SOWs), Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), training materials, data mapping documents, and consolidated status reports for the assigned program manager.

• Identify, escalate, and actively mitigate implementation risks, including political challenges between customer business and technology teams, scope misalignments, and overcommitments made during the sales process.

• Optimize and scale complex accounts by documenting best practices, contributing to team playbooks, and providing insights on customer trends and implementation experiences to inform the Product and Engineering roadmap.

• Travel up to 30% annually to support on-site customer engagements, workshops, and key implementation milestones as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 7 years of experience in managing intricate enterprise technology implementations and delivery programs, with proven ownership of engagements lasting from 30 to 60 days for smaller implementations to over 12 months for complex, multi-workstream programs involving third-party partners.

• Practical experience with Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) workflows and enterprise technology products, solutions, and data assets; the depth and complexity of previous engagements are more significant than the number of years alone.

• Proven utilization of generative AI tools to enhance content creation, data analysis, and workflow optimization; experience in deploying or managing AI-driven products in a dynamic environment is highly advantageous.

• Proficiency in Agile implementation methodology; familiarity with Waterfall and hybrid methodologies; working knowledge of JIRA, Kanban, and similar project management tools.

• Experience in producing Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and Statements of Work (SOWs) while managing scope, budget, and acceptance criteria across complex, multi-stakeholder engagements.

• Outstanding stakeholder communication skills, with a proven ability to manage political challenges between customer business and technology teams, navigate scope ambiguity, and align various internal and external groups.

• Willingness and ability to travel up to 30% throughout the year.

🏝️ Benefits

• Comprehensive medical, vision, and dental coverage fully paid for employees and their dependents.

• Generous time off policy, including observation of all US federal holidays, a winter break (12/24-12/31), 18 PTO days, and 10 sick days.

• Competitive compensation package featuring attractive commissions for revenue-generating roles and bonuses for non-revenue positions.

• A strong commitment to fostering diversity, equity, and inclusion within the workplace.

• Eligibility for additional benefits such as a 401k match up to 5%, fully paid life insurance (up to $100,000 coverage), and parental leave.

• A collaborative and positive work culture, where your team will be as intelligent and driven as you are.

• Unlimited opportunities for growth and learning.
