Deformity Team Leader

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Switzerland, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Oversee and spearhead all operations of the centralized deformity team throughout Europe

• Strategically plan, direct, and evaluate the activities of the deformity sales team within the Western Europe region to meet sales objectives

• Formulate and execute business strategies for current and prospective deformity accounts

• Supervise the daily functions of the deformity sales team to implement the comprehensive Western Europe deformity sales strategy

• Cultivate and sustain relationships with key account personnel and relevant departments

• Identify potential opportunities and create new initiatives to enhance market share in the deformity sector

• Evaluate the necessity for new selling programs and processes, perform competitive analyses, and deploy strategies accordingly

• Mentor sales representatives on product and service technicalities, marketing initiatives, sales promotions, and selling techniques

• Develop and execute the deformity go-to-market strategy in collaboration with regional and country sales leaders

• Organize and carry out medical education activities for internal sales teams

⛳️ Requirements

• Willingness to travel for at least 70% of working hours

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in spine with a focus on deformity

• Experience in people management

• Proficiency in English
