Defined Contribution Customer Solutions Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Manage incoming calls and deliver financial education regarding intricate retirement-related inquiries, investment choices, and payment alternatives.

• Address complex queries from plan participants.

• Provide recommendations on suitable tools and services.

• Clarify the implications of plan distributions, loans, investment selections, and particular plan regulations.

• Independently diagnose and investigate issues, formulating solutions.

• Facilitate transactional support for plan participants.

• Advise on qualified and non-qualified retirement plan benefits.

• Employ probing questions, data analysis, and active listening to evaluate and address customer needs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Hold FINRA SIE Certification.

• Capable of obtaining FINRA Series 6 License and Series 63 License within six months of employment.

• Proven experience with Defined Contribution or Qualified Plans.

• Background in customer service and/or financial services.

• Strong analytical skills for effective problem-solving.

• Proficient in troubleshooting basic technical issues.

• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and personal responsibility.

• Ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment with seasonal peaks in volume.

• Capacity for conceptual thinking to recognize patterns, apply concepts, and elucidate complex information.

• Maintain confidence and resilience during challenging interactions.

• Skill in asking pertinent probing questions to evaluate customer needs.

• Proficiency in utilizing data to objectively persuade and influence customers.

• Active listening abilities to comprehend both expressed and unexpressed customer needs.

• Work authorization in the Employing Country without current or future visa sponsorship.
