• Manage the daily operational performance for designated clients and operations teams.
• Collaborate with support functions such as customer care and technology, acting as the primary point of contact for clients.
• Assist the Senior Client Manager/Client Leader in providing high-quality solutions.
• Employ effective communication skills to engage with clients.
• Address inquiries related to unique situations, participant questions, client escalations, and requirements.
• Oversee the operations of a client team by developing talent and delegating responsibilities.
• Maintain regular communication with clients regarding all facets of daily operations.
• Drive consistent and stable delivery from both internal and external partners.
• Leverage data to promote standardization and process innovation.
• Manage defined contribution plans while understanding their impact on clients and participants.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in Defined Contribution.
• Familiarity with Defined Contribution recordkeeping systems.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to influence on domain and technical issues.
• Demonstrated analytical skills and attention to detail when handling complex data.
• Solutions-oriented mindset and capability to report data to stakeholders.
• Management and organizational skills with a capacity to adapt to change.
• Experience in coaching and effectively utilizing the work of others.
