Debt Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of and manage a pipeline of high-debt, high-intent clients from the first contact to enrollment.

• Conduct consultative discussions to gain a comprehensive understanding of each client's financial situation.

• Articulate debt resolution strategies, program structure, and anticipated outcomes with clarity.

• Combine empathy with guidance while assisting clients in navigating complex decisions.

• Facilitate efficient decision-making and close deals, typically within 1–2 calls.

• Prioritize leads and implement targeted follow-ups to enhance conversion rates.

• Achieve and surpass daily, weekly, and monthly sales objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in inside sales.

• Preference for experience in consultative or financial sales settings.

• Demonstrated success in a commission-based role with a record of meeting goals.

• Strong capability to navigate both emotional and analytical discussions.

• Experience in managing a pipeline and effectively prioritizing opportunities.

• Confidence in discussing financial situations, trade-offs, and long-term implications.

• High School diploma or equivalent required.

• High-speed internet or fiber broadband connection is necessary.

• Availability to work Tuesday-Saturday or Sunday-Thursday day shifts.

• Ability to work 8-hour shifts with start times ranging from 9:30 AM to 8:00 PM CDT.
