Dealer Service Center Operations Intern

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +26 more states.

📋 Description

• Gaining knowledge and providing support for the Dealers Service Center (DSC) indirect operations.

• Aiding in administrative duties, operational procedures, process enhancements, and data file transitions.

• Reaching out to vendors via phone or email to gather missing or incomplete details.

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently a student pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Business Operations, or a related discipline from an accredited college or university.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office products is essential; proficiency in spreadsheet applications, particularly Microsoft Excel, is preferred.

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively interact with credit union staff.

• Detail-oriented, capable of critical thinking, and skilled in problem-solving.
