This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +3 more states.
• Proactively engage with the Top 100 for each designated distribution center to assess lost opportunities and acknowledge dealers for their partnership.
• Offer marketing assistance for both commercial and residential sectional stocking initiatives.
• Facilitate the onboarding of new dealer accounts by providing welcome packets, credit forms, product comparisons, training, electronic pricing pages, contact information, online tools, and I-store/Portal setup.
• Conduct outbound calls to MAD/AD dealers regarding promotions, CLC status, and co-op funds.
• Accurately and promptly handle paperwork and special pricing requests.
• Return phone calls within 4 hours and respond to emails within 24 hours.
• Develop, support, and follow up on promotions organized by the company and distribution centers.
• Assist with distribution-center open houses and customer appreciation events.
• Attend open houses and other events as necessary to provide training for dealers on online programs.
• Educate dealers and Account Managers on MyDoor, Web Gen 3.0, iStore, and MyClopay.
• Provide assistance or evaluation for MPQs as required.
• Inform regional or distribution-center managers of any dealer service issues.
• Support Account Managers with Gross Sales allowances or Goodwill credits.
• Communicate new product updates, engineering changes, and promotions to dealers.
• Collaborate with AMDs on competitive tier pricing and gather and analyze competitive data.
• Keep CRM contact information and sales call notes up to date.
• Identify and accompany Account Managers to key customers and dealer prospects.
• Ensure that distribution-center showrooms and selling centers remain current and effective.
• Manage sales expenses within budget constraints.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
• A Bachelor's degree is preferred, or a combination of relevant experience and education.
• At least 2 years of experience in sales or customer service.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Regular travel is required.
