Dealer Relationship Manager – MD/VA

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Oversees all elements of customer interaction and service regarding auto lending products and services within the designated territory.

• Achieves all established sales production targets.

• Cultivates, manages, and sustains productive relationships with qualified new car franchise owners and selected independent automobile dealership staff to meet the production, efficiency, and profitability goals of the assigned region.

• Promotes and sells the organization's product range or services to new prospects or existing customers in a targeted area.

• Drives the identification of sales opportunities, enhances customer satisfaction, and strengthens business relationships.

• Compiles regular reports on customer activities and gathers data for sales forecasting and production purposes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred.

• At least three years of experience in a similar position with a prime lender, ideally within a retail banking environment.
