This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Analyze trends in funding, approvals, and submissions by dealer to pinpoint performance gaps, uncover untapped opportunities, and identify areas for growth.
• Utilize internal reporting tools and external resources (such as AutoCount and CUDL) to assess dealer performance and market share.
• Track funded volume, active dealer counts, and penetration metrics across designated territories; apply insights to prioritize engagement and promote activation among inactive or low-volume dealers.
• Transform data insights into actionable outreach strategies to enhance funded volume and penetration.
• Offer regular performance updates and suggestions to Lending and management teams to aid in strategic decision-making.
• Forge and sustain strong, consistent relationships with assigned dealerships, including owners, general managers, finance managers, and key lending contacts.
• Conduct regular on-site visits, phone calls, and virtual meetings to ensure engagement, training, and alignment with business objectives.
• Use and maintain accurate dealer contact information in the CRM system to facilitate automated marketing, targeted outreach, and ongoing communication with assigned dealerships.
• Advocate for Golden 1’s lending programs, products, and pricing to optimize dealer utilization and enhance loyalty.
• Collaborate with Operations to ensure smooth communication and efficient processing throughout the loan approval and funding stages.
• Act as a liaison between dealerships and internal departments to promote collaboration and resolve issues.
• Provide regular feedback to management regarding process efficiencies, dealer satisfaction, and program improvements to continually enhance the dealer experience.
• Stay informed of local market conditions, competitor programs, and regulatory changes affecting indirect lending.
• Identify and report on competitive advantages and disadvantages.
• A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or Finance; equivalent professional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• At least 5 years of experience in similar roles within a financial institution.
• Ability to establish, nurture, and expand strong relationships.
• Capability to raise awareness and increase market share while identifying growth opportunities.
• Willingness to travel as needed for field assignments.
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with various levels of management, peers, and clients.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ensure that agreements are presented in accordance with established expectations.
• Gather and report information regarding competitive products and service offerings.
• Identify and report on competitive strengths and weaknesses.
