This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Oversee daily application activities, including approved, countered, and pending loans, to pinpoint deals that need follow-up or clarification.
• Reach out to dealers to verify funding intentions, clarify loan terms, and address any conditions or documentation requirements.
• Identify applications at risk and escalate these to DRMs or Lending Operations.
• Monitor and report on conversion outcomes, turnaround times, and reasons for lost deals.
• Act as the primary contact for assigned or regional dealerships.
• Collaborate with DRMs to maintain service excellence for top-performing dealers and foster engagement with lower-volume accounts.
• Execute outreach campaigns to reactivate inactive or dormant dealerships.
• Work alongside Lending Operations and DRMs to facilitate efficient funding processes.
• Serve as a liaison between DRMs and Lending Operations.
• Relay dealer feedback and process challenges to the Regional Production Manager.
• Participate in weekly pipeline meetings.
• Assist in the rollout of new programs, pricing updates, and incentives through dealer communications and feedback collection.
• Analyze dealer performance metrics, approval trends, and conversion ratios.
• Present opportunities for improvement and findings to leadership.
• Maintain dashboards and reports that measure responsiveness, dealer funding volume, and the success of reactivation campaigns.
• Aid in preparing performance summaries and reports for leadership meetings.
• Reach out to inactive or low-volume dealers and coordinate re-engagement efforts with the assigned DRM.
• Keep a regional reactivation tracker up to date.
• Ensure compliance with lending laws, regulations, BSA/AML, fair-lending standards, and Golden 1 policies.
• Safeguard accurate and confidential dealer and member data in line with information security standards.
• A minimum of an Associate's Degree in Business Management or Finance is required, or equivalent work experience may be accepted.
• 5 or more years of experience in similar roles within a financial institution.
• Strong comprehension of indirect auto lending processes and dealership operations.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and carry out proactive outreach.
• Highly organized with the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Proficient in CRM platforms, Microsoft Excel, and reporting tools.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Manual dexterity to operate an online computer terminal and standard office equipment.
• Ability to sit for extended periods during the workday with occasional mobility.
• Corrected vision within normal limits.
• Hearing within normal limits; a hearing-enhancement device will be provided if necessary.
• Occasional overnight travel may be required for regions necessitating extended travel.
• Travel by plane or other public transport is necessary for headquarters meetings, dealership support, conferences, and training.
• No specific licenses or certifications are required.
• Eligibility for Quarterly Incentives.
• A device to enhance hearing will be provided if necessary.
