Dealer Enrollment Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Evaluate and process Dealer Enrollment Packages in accordance with established company guidelines.

• Accurately and promptly manage dealer change requests.

• Assist Sales during the enrollment process.

• Address additional internal and external inquiries.

• Handle assigned FACT sheets with an emphasis on timeliness, precision, and quality.

• Maintain precise and dependable reporting.

• Ensure dealer documentation is accurate, clear, and in compliance with corporate policies.

• Engage in continuous feedback and performance enhancement.

• Work Monday–Friday, 9:00 am–5:00 pm EST.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma is mandatory; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

• Proficient in using Excel and Word.

• Experience in customer service.

• Capable of communicating clearly, professionally, and articulately over the telephone.

• Ability to document records accurately and efficiently.

• Quick learner with the ability to apply acquired knowledge effectively.

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

• Skillful in managing challenging conversations with professionalism.

• Self-driven and demonstrates a sense of urgency and initiative.

• Capable of working independently in a fast-paced setting.

• Familiarity with the enrollment process, licensing requirements, dealer groups, and essential operating systems.

• Required degrees must be obtained from accredited institutions of Higher Education.
