This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.
• Present, showcase, and actively promote the complete array of current and upcoming products to Dealers within the designated territory.
• Maintain a consistent, professional, and impactful marketing presence in Dealer Showrooms by effectively managing and maintaining grout samples, product displays, point-of-sale materials, brochures, and other marketing assets.
• Train distributor sales representatives on Laticrete products and inspire them to actively advocate for the brand in their communications with dealers.
• Collaborate with the RSM and regional sales team to create a targeted list of both Dealers and Contractors.
• Partner with current distributors to review historical purchases of existing customers and pinpoint areas for growth opportunities.
• Provide quarterly reports summarizing LATICRETE performance.
• Support Technical Services with claim inspections and the collection of necessary information as required.
• Engage in joint sales calls with pro channel distributor sales representatives.
• Utilize the local TSIS, Concrete Prep, and MVIS sales team to assist as needed in achieving key account targets.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in Sales or within the Construction industry.
• Capability to deliver presentations to large audiences.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license, current automobile insurance, and a clean driving record.
• Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• High degree of self-motivation.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to think creatively.
• Strong written communication abilities.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Outlook).
• Proficiency in Spanish (written and verbal) is highly preferred.
• Team-oriented mindset - maintain a positive and cooperative attitude with all LATICRETE employees and customers.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Previous experience in the tile industry is preferred.
