This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Louisiana.
• The main responsibility is to implement all company strategies and initiatives at Floor Covering Dealers.
• These initiatives encompass the daily tasks necessary to support Dealers and Contractors within the local territory, aiming to enhance and solidify our relationships with these key accounts to secure new and incremental business.
• Training (75%): Present, demonstrate, and actively promote the entire range of current and new products to Dealers in the designated territory.
• Ensure a consistent, professional, and impactful marketing presence in Dealer Showrooms by effectively managing and maintaining grout samples, product displays, point-of-sale materials, brochures, and other marketing resources.
• Educate distributor sales representatives about Laticrete products and inspire them to actively promote the brand in their communications with dealers.
• Analytics (10%): Collaborate with the RSM and regional sales team to create a target list of both Dealers and Contractors.
• Work with existing distribution to assess historical purchases of current customers and pinpoint areas for growth opportunities.
• Submit quarterly reports summarizing LATICRETE performance.
• Liaison (15%): Assist Technical Services with claim inspections and gather necessary information as required.
• Join sales calls with pro channel distributor sales representatives for ride-alongs.
• Utilize local TSIS, Concrete Prep, and MVIS sales teams to provide assistance as needed in closing key account targets.
• 2+ years of relevant work experience in Sales or the Construction industry.
• Capable of delivering presentations to large groups.
• Possess a valid driver’s license, current automobile insurance, and a clean driving record.
• Physical capability to lift and carry 50 pounds.
• High degree of self-motivation.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Creative thinking abilities.
• Strong written communication skills.
• Basic computer proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Outlook).
• Proficiency in Spanish (both written and verbal) is highly preferred.
• Team collaboration - maintain a positive, cooperative attitude with all LATICRETE employees and customers.
