This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Create presentations and proposals to effectively convey company products and services to management at all levels within Independent and Franchise Dealerships.
• Identify and reach out to sales prospects and manage assigned accounts.
• Follow up on new leads and referrals generated from field activities in both independent and franchise dealerships.
• Develop, nurture, and expand relationships with current and prospective dealer partners within the Independent and Franchise Dealer communities.
• Maintain consistent and effective communication through phone and in-person visits with dealer partners to train them on current programs and fast funding requirements.
• Offer solutions, rehash, and restructure vehicle loans to ensure profitability for Westlake and the Dealership Partners.
• Assist in preparing sales contracts by guiding dealers on necessary documentation for proper verification by Westlake Financial.
• Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of sales materials while keeping current on financial product knowledge.
• Engage in marketing events such as seminars, trade shows, and telemarketing initiatives for independent and franchise dealers.
• Proven experience in Automotive, Finance, and Sales (required).
• 1-2 years of prior experience in a Sales role with a demonstrated record of success.
• College degree (preferred) or equivalent work experience.
• Proficient presentation skills from initial creation through to delivery.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Familiarity with advertising and sales promotion techniques.
• Excellent computer skills and adaptability to new technologies.
• Goal-oriented with a strong desire for personal improvement and career advancement.
• Capable of communicating and collaborating effectively with diverse teams.
• Knowledge/Experience with DealerTrack, Routeone, or CUDL (beneficial).
• Previous experience in Outside Sales (preferred).
• Willingness to travel extensively to current and potential clients, requiring a valid state driver's license.
