This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Providing education and training to our existing Dealer partners in the designated area.
• Sourcing and establishing new contacts.
• Overseeing and advising on all sales initiatives and account development for dealers within the assigned territory.
• Ensuring quality and consistency in product and service delivery.
• Delivering exceptional customer service to our dealer partners through training and identifying business opportunities.
• Creating presentations and proposals to effectively communicate the company's products and services to various management levels within Independent and Franchise Dealerships.
• Identifying sales opportunities and reaching out to assigned accounts.
• Following up on new leads and referrals generated from field activities with both independent and franchise dealers.
• Building, maintaining, and expanding relationships with current and prospective dealer partners in the Independent and Franchise Dealer communities.
• Assisting in the preparation of sales contracts by educating dealers on the requirements for proper verification by Westlake Financial.
• Proven experience in Automotive, Finance, and Sales (mandatory).
• 1-2 years of prior experience in a Sales position with a demonstrated record of success.
• College degree (preferred) or equivalent work experience.
• Proficient presentation skills (from development to delivery).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Understanding of advertising and sales promotion strategies.
• Strong computer literacy and adaptability to new technologies.
• Goal-driven with a commitment to personal growth and career advancement.
• Capability to communicate and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
• Familiarity with DealerTrack, Routeone, or CUDL (advantageous).
• Prior experience in Outside Sales (preferred).
• Willingness to travel locally to meet current and potential clients, requiring a valid state driver's license.
