This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.
• Our Dealer Account Managers are visionaries and dedicated professionals who support our existing and prospective dealer partners in increasing their vehicle sales by financing more customers.
• They provide education and training to current Dealer partners within their designated area while also sourcing and establishing new contacts.
• The role involves overseeing and advising on all sales activities and account development for dealers in the assigned territory.
• Ensuring the quality and consistency of product and service delivery is a key responsibility.
• They manage their own dealer base to gain a deep understanding of the Westlake Program, fostering growth and success.
• Proven experience in Automotive, Finance, and Sales (mandatory).
• 1-2 years of prior experience in a Sales position with a history of measurable success.
• A college degree is preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong presentation skills, from initial creation to delivery.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Familiarity with advertising and sales promotion strategies.
• Proficient computer skills and adaptability to emerging technologies.
• Goal-oriented with a strong desire for personal and professional growth.
• Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with diverse teams.
• Knowledge or experience with DealerTrack, Routeone, or CUDL is advantageous.
• Previous experience in Outside Sales is preferred.
• Significant local travel to current and prospective clients is required, necessitating a valid state driver's license.
