This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with designated accounts to enhance the overall sales and account strategy.
• Propel revenue growth by broadening existing accounts, pinpointing new business prospects, and facilitating cost-reduction efforts.
• Act as the main point of contact for customers, directing communication and engagement at the appropriate levels.
• Negotiate, execute, and oversee contracts and payment terms within the established guidelines.
• Coordinate and address production, distribution, and delivery challenges to meet customer expectations.
• Represent the customer's voice internally, advocating for their needs and driving satisfaction improvements through data analysis.
• Work collaboratively across functions and business units to implement account strategies and foster account growth.
• Maintain precise sales forecasts, monitor performance against objectives, and support Customer Focus Six Sigma initiatives.
• A college, university, or equivalent degree in marketing, sales, technical fields, or a related area, or equivalent industry experience is required.
• This role may necessitate licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
• A significant amount of relevant work experience is required, including prior customer and/or product experience. Preference will be given to those with purchasing/commercial contract negotiation experience.
