• Facilitate the rollout of New Product Introductions (NPI) by establishing deal rules, quote requirements, launch limitations, fallback options, and guidance for initial transactions.

• Monitor if changes in pricing, packaging, or NPI lead to quote exceptions, approval ambiguities, billing issues, or customer transition challenges.

• Manage the operational transition from approved quotes to orders, billing, commissions, reporting, and customer lifecycle records.

• Oversee the deal operations rhythm through the use of KPI packs, defect logs, root-cause analyses, action assignments, and process enhancements.

• Identify opportunities for automation and AI applications related to intake, routing, approval summaries, quote validations, documentation, and measurable cycle-time improvements.

• Familiarity with revenue recognition principles, billing and order procedures, and coordinating contract execution alongside Legal and Finance.

• Experience in creating scalable processes, documentation, SLAs, and operational rhythms (KPI assessments, defect tracking, root-cause analysis).

• Strong analytical capabilities and proficiency in Salesforce and reporting tools.

• Demonstrates AI literacy, capable of utilizing AI tools to boost productivity, enhance decision-making, and improve work quality while exercising sound judgment and critical thinking.
