Deal Manager – Industrial & Supply Chain Projects

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

📋 Description

• Take ownership and manage the timelines for proposals and bids across various internal teams.

• Lead internal meetings to ensure alignment on progress, risks, outstanding items, and changes in strategy.

• Guide teams through established process stages, reviews, and approvals.

• Simultaneously coordinate multiple proposal efforts while managing changing priorities.

• Ensure that proposal activities are in line with the overall win strategy and adapt the approach as necessary.

• Facilitate the resolution of issues during the development of solutions and execution of proposals.

• Provide updates on progress and status reports to leadership.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create accurate, compliant, and high-quality proposals.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree is required.

• 4–7 years of experience in project management, project execution, or a similar role.

• A solid understanding of industrial or supply chain environments and standard facility practices.

• Capability to manage multiple projects with varying timelines and levels of complexity.

• Ability to identify, manage, and escalate risks, issues, and changes in scope.

• Proficiency in initiating and guiding cross-functional teams in response to customer updates or changing requirements.

• Excellent communication skills with project teams and senior leaders, including the ability to prepare status updates.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

• Comfortable working within structured project processes.

• A calm and collaborative leadership style that sets clear expectations and holds teams accountable.

• Ability to work both independently and in team-oriented settings.

• Adaptability to shifting priorities, timelines, and processes.

• Proactive in identifying internal improvement opportunities and supporting process enhancements.
