This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the evaluation and authorization process for non-standard enterprise agreements.

• Assist with custom pricing frameworks, savings initiatives, multi-year contracts, and volume discounts.

• Develop and uphold Deal Desk SLAs in collaboration with the Sales team.

• Lead the implementation and management of CPQ in conjunction with Revenue Operations and Finance.

• Sustain pricing rules, discount structures, approval processes, and product inventories.

• Collaborate with Finance on definitions of bookings and revenue recognition standards.

• Keep records of pricing precedents and deal history.

• Create operational systems that facilitate renewals, amendments, and expansion workflows.

• Ensure that deal structures and contract values are accurately represented in CRM systems.

• Assist with quarterly closing processes and ensure booking precision.

• Utilize AI tools for contract assessment, workflow automation, pricing evaluation, and approval routing.

• Remain updated on best practices in AI-driven commercial operations.


⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in Deal Desk, Sales Operations, or commercial operations within SaaS, PaaS, IaaS, or infrastructure firms.

• Comprehensive understanding of enterprise pricing models, usage-based pricing, and contract governance.

• Experience managing CPQ systems such as Salesforce CPQ, DealHub, or Conga.

• Strong proficiency in CRM systems, with Salesforce being preferred.

• Knowledge of revenue recognition principles and enterprise contract frameworks.

• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, and Legal teams.

• Excellent organizational and communication abilities.

• Proven ability to manage multiple complex deals at once.

• Active use of AI tools for workflow automation or commercial operations.

• Successful completion of a background check.
