This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Collaborate with the Sales team to ensure that all agreements are well-structured and in line with commercial policies.
β’ Oversee and process US Channel Purchase Orders (POs).
β’ Implement Channel Stocking Orders to ensure inventory availability.
β’ Act as a central support hub for sales-side booking and fulfillment within Salesforce.
β’ Identify and report any system bugs or process inefficiencies.
β’ Offer essential support during high-volume periods, particularly during the End of Quarter (EOQ) and End of Year (EOY) cycles.
β’ Exhibit a high degree of self-sufficiency and resourcefulness by interpreting complex documentation.
β’ Demonstrated experience in applying or implementing Deal Desk best practices.
β’ A minimum of 1 year of professional experience in tech or enterprise software sales support, sales operations, or a related enablement role.
β’ Ability to support global operations across multiple time zones.
β’ Practical experience with Salesforce (SFDC) and a solid understanding of maintaining data integrity across integrated business systems.
