This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Oversees and manages the complete disciplinary process, especially in cases of termination.
• Guarantees consistency and fairness in the enforcement of disciplinary policies and procedures.
• Provides guidance to leaders on suitable disciplinary actions based on the severity of violations.
• Monitors and tackles instances of unauthorized absences without leave (AWOL) by employees.
• Initiates steps to address AWOL cases in line with company policies.
• Keeps precise records of AWOL incidents, actions taken, and their outcomes.
• Manages the processes involved in dismissing displaced employees for authorized and justifiable reasons.
• Offers support and guidance to impacted employees during their transition period.
• Works in collaboration with managers to create and implement performance improvement plans (PIPs).
• Acts as a point of contact for employees with concerns regarding labor relations.
• A degree in Communication, Human Resources, or Psychology is required.
• Over 3 years of professional experience in Human Resources.
• 1-3 years of professional experience in Labor Relations.
• Excellent communicator in both spoken and written English.
• Strong multitasking abilities.
• Highly organized with a keen attention to detail.
• Demonstrated ability to meet strict deadlines.
• Capable of executing tasks while following guidance.

• Highly adaptable within the HR domain.
