DCX Marketing Trainee

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Evaluates customer demographic information to develop targeted marketing strategies.

• Assists in the design of digital assets, which include email marketing campaigns and content for social media platforms and websites.

• Develops presentation formats and gathers data for sales pitches.

• Monitors inventory levels and requests samples as needed.

• Oversees the production of orders and maintains timely communication with suppliers regarding order statuses.

• Offers administrative and project support for a range of marketing initiatives.

• Performs additional tasks relevant to the responsibilities outlined above.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 1–2 years of experience in the BPO sector across diverse industries.

• Excellent verbal, written, and English communication abilities.

• Willingness to work overnight or graveyard shifts aligned with Philippine time or within US business hours.

• Proficiency in Microsoft and Google applications; familiarity with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Canva is advantageous.

• Basic skills in Excel (simple formulas) and the capability to create clear PowerPoint presentations.

• Competence in performing basic arithmetic related to costing and pricing.

• Strong attention to detail when reviewing and validating data and content.

• Fundamental understanding of e-commerce workflows, including product listings, store setup, optimization, and SEO essentials.

• Exceptional communication skills, enabling clear idea expression, instruction following, and professional interaction with clients and colleagues.

• Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to adapt to various personalities.

• Experience in the promotional products sector or similar e-commerce environments is a plus.
