DCX Labor Relations Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Oversees and manages the complete disciplinary process, particularly for termination cases, which includes investigations, documentation, and communication with employees and relevant stakeholders.

• Ensures that disciplinary policies and procedures are applied consistently and fairly.

• Provides guidance to leaders on suitable disciplinary actions based on the seriousness of the violation as well as applicable laws or regulations.

• Monitors and addresses cases of unauthorized absence without leave (AWOL) among employees.

• Initiates appropriate measures to resolve AWOL situations in compliance with company policies and legal standards.

• Engages with employees and their supervisors to collect information and establish the right course of action.

• Keeps precise records of AWOL incidents, actions taken, and outcomes.

• Manages the process for dismissing displaced employees for authorized and justified reasons.

• Coordinates with relevant departments to ensure a smooth transition while adhering to applicable labor laws, collective bargaining agreements, and internal policies.

• Provides support and assistance to affected employees during the transition phase.

• Works collaboratively with managers and supervisors to create and implement performance improvement plans (PIPs) for employees who are underperforming.

• Monitors the advancement of PIPs, offers guidance and support to employees, and evaluates their adherence to established goals and objectives.

• Acts as a contact point for employees with labor relations concerns and grievances specifically for Rank-and-File employees.

• Conducts investigations, gathers pertinent information, and analyzes complaints or issues raised by employees.


⛳️ Requirements

• A degree in Communication, Human Resources, or Psychology is required.

• More than 3 years of professional experience in Human Resources.

• 1-3 years of professional experience in Labor Relations.

• Excellent communication skills in both spoken and written English.

• Strong multitasking abilities.

• Highly organized and detail-oriented.

• Proven track record of meeting deadlines.

• Ability to execute tasks while taking guidance.

• A collaborative team player.

• Highly adaptable within the HR field.
