DC Engineer – Field Engineering

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Performs time studies, conducts zero base analysis, rate analysis, network analysis, statistical analysis, flow path analysis, and other related supply chain analyses.

• Discovers opportunities for logistics process improvements through competitive analysis and critical thinking.

• Assists and/or leads strategic cross-functional projects or process improvement initiatives.

• Generates reports and executes ad hoc queries.

• Identifies, revises, and develops standard operating procedures to enhance operational processes and training initiatives.

• Aids in implementing completed Kaizen events and aligns process changes with local leadership, providing recommendations for effective transitions.

• Offers facility and capacity planning support for logistics functions in distribution and transportation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be at least eighteen years old.

• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related engineering field.

• Experience with Lean Six Sigma or other methodologies for process improvement.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Word, and AutoCAD.

• Background in conducting time studies and developing engineered performance standards.
