This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Perform time studies, zero base analysis, rate analysis, network analysis, statistical analysis, flow path analysis, and other related supply chain evaluations.
• Recognize opportunities for logistics process enhancements through competitive analysis and critical thinking.
• Assist and/or lead cross-functional strategic or process improvement initiatives.
• Engage with senior operational leaders and stakeholders to ensure alignment on implementation strategies and success metrics.
• Generate reports and execute ad hoc queries.
• Identify, adjust, and create standard operating procedures to optimize operational processes and training opportunities.
• Aid in the execution of completed Kaizen events and align process changes with local management.
• Offer recommendations for effective transitions.
• Spearhead process improvement projects utilizing Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
• Provide support for facility and capacity planning within distribution and transportation operations in Logistics.
• Must be at least eighteen years old.
• Must possess legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field of study.
• A minimum of 2 years of professional experience is required.
• A degree in Industrial Engineering or a related engineering discipline is preferred.
• Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma or other process improvement methodologies is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Word, and AutoCAD is preferred.
• Experience in conducting time studies and establishing engineered performance standards is preferred.
• Must be a motivated self-starter with a strong attention to detail.
• Capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
• Ability to engage with various levels and functions within the Supply Chain organization.
• Remote/virtual work arrangement.
• Overnight travel typically ranges from 20% to 50% of the time.
